Sometimes life gets busy and we miss people. Christmas is a particularly busy time!!
Do you remember when I first talked about Christmas and people bringing trees into my house! It was very confusing for a pup like me. I like to chew sticks and twigs and balls and suddenly there was tree full of all these things in my house and the rules changed. In fact lots of things changed. It was important for me to use my thinking and to remember all the things that I know about Christmas.
- I know that people come to the house
- I remember about a tree but I know not to eat it
- I know about presents
- I know about the delicious smells and food that comes from the kitchen
- I know it can busy for me
- I know that I can do the things that I like to do to help me feel OK
- I know that Lesley is there to help me all of the time
Remember it is important to think about what you know and that can help things feel OK when there are lots of changes.
People might think that I haven’t been my usual Peterhouse puppy because I stopped writing my blogs, so I wanted to say I am still here. I am busy, busy, busy!! I am still a good friend to Peterhouse School. I don’t go into school every single day but I have been working with some students quietly in the background and we have been having great fun. In the new year I will try to share some pictures to show you what I have been doing.
For now, I want to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.
