The Peterhouse Autism Practice Support Team is a multi-disciplinary team that meets weekly offering support, advice and strategy across the school.
Areas of support include:
- Signposting practice and giving advice
- Discussing any concerns around behaviour, mental health, welfare etc
- Following up on concerns raised by parents
- Following up on actions from Internal or Annual Reviews
- Following up on Safeguarding concerns as appropriate
- Highlighting training needs and supporting classroom practice
- Sharing professional development information from training courses, conferences etc
- Sharing research
- Support the school’s strategic development
