Senior Speech & Language Therapist

  • Identify training needs around school
  • Provide a Speech & Language Therapy / Communication perspective into discussions raised at support team, primarily knowledge of the children’s speech language and communication needs, guiding staff on how support should be approached and/or implemented depending on level of understanding etc.
  • Support in deciding class groups, advising on peer groupings and individual needs as part of the referral process as well as supporting internal transitions and changes of class group.
