Today, a group of students from Class Suzy, Class Nick and from our Flexible Education provision are visiting the Microsoft Offices! Students are finding out about careers (including apprenticeships and internships), learning about artificial intelligence and taking part in a Dreamschool workshop.

Last week, one of our pupils attended the Victoria Gallery and Museum in Liverpool to attend the annual Art Bytes awards ceremony. He was voted 1st to represent the school in a national art competition with his original artwork, "Step into Autumn". His work was publicly displayed in the gallery for all to see!" We'd like to give a massive congratulations to James Berry, who successfully completed his 70-mile Ultra Marathon. What an amazing accomplishment! "The Wall" is coast to coast challenge that starts at Carlisle and follows the entirety of Hadrian's Wall to Newcastle. James has raised over £1800 for Peterhouse School. We had a great day on Friday celebrating the last day of Gold Week. Pupils have enjoyed their teddy bears picnics and parties in classes and well done to Class Carina who were the winners of our gold star treasure hunt. Thank you to everyone who has supported us with our 50th anniversary celebrations so far, helping to create some magical memories for pupils as well as staff!

Last week, a group of pupils travelled to Ainsdale by train. The class planned their own visit, reading the train timetable, identifying and assessing any risks, working out how much money was needed and extended their maths lesson learning, reading the time and working out when the next train would be.
