Trish France works with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to go into the community and develop independence skills.
Interventions Team
Our interventions team support individual pupils to work towards specific targets, as well as offering tutorial sessions which are pupil-led.
Our specialist for Autism Practice & Interventions is Lynne Allister. Lynne also supports transitions for pupils joining the school, or pupils moving to a different group within school.
Our SEMH Lead Practitioner is Barrie Elcoat. Barrie works extensively with our Flexible Education pupils, as well supporting identified pupils within school. He is training to become a counsellor.
Our Outdoor Education Instructor is Antony Morrison. He supports pupils for activities such as biking, rambling and sessions leading towards the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
