Liverpool Cathedral trip
Class Rebecca recently visited Liverpool Cathedral.
They learned about different places of worship, and different mediums and materials used in Art.
The students had a tour of the Cathedral and learned about the history of the building. They asked questions about the meaning of different spaces within the Cathedral and enjoyed looking at the stained glass windows. They also participated in a clay workshop making marks and shapes onto the surface of clay to represent symbolic imagery within the space.
