This week is Anti-Bullying Week; an annual event that's coordinated in England, Wales and Northern Ireland by the Anti-Bullying Alliance.
This year the theme is 'Make A Noise About Bullying'
Teachers and children wanted a theme that empowered them to do something positive to counter the harm and hurt that bullying causes.
So this year, whether you're at home, work or in school, let's celebrate our uniqueness and take a stand against bullying.
